Tom has been a Managing Partner at Alliance Investments for 7 years. During this time he has primarily been raising capital for the group’s residential and student developments and established investment teams across Shanghai, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
Founded over 30 years ago, Property Alliance Group are a privately owned and market leading property developer with an established reputation for delivering high quality, landmark projects through innovation in design, finance and execution. Alliance identify off-market deals and add value through development, refurbishment and rigorous asset management strategies. Alliance were also recently awarded North-West Urban Developer of the Year 2020.
Prior to Alliance Investments, Tom graduated from an MBA Program in Shanghai. He is now also an active angel investor and sits on the boards of Specwall Alliance (an innovative building products company) as well as an Irish gin and vodka company.
