The FTE Membership seek to optimise value at a societal, as much as a portfolio, level. They recognise that only through seeking such fundamental change will enterprises prosper. They understand that this is a holistic approach which requires constant work and regular interaction.

Within our community, the members come together throughout the year to share insights, ideas, inspiration, and investment opportunities. These events are the proof points for work accomplished and the spring board for work to be done. In this way, FTE events set the agenda for themes, innovation, and challenges for entrepreneurs and investors alike
Informality
We achieve this level of informal, impactful debate through our invitation only strategy. Those who are invited to join our membership are accomplished and credible.

FTE is a rules-based system. It is designed as such in order that the very informality we encourage can result in valuable intelligence sharing and long-term impact.

FTE Members are able to access the other FTE Members and Delegates from the History of the FTE once they are on-boarded.
As an example, FTE Members form FTE Whatsapp Groups based on the Events that they attend, and their Specialisation Areas. In these forums, they share information openly because they are all party to the Membership Manifesto.
Finally, there is an Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for 50 people in Zurich every year in late November.
