Luca is co-founder and Managing Partner of Peak Point Partners, a Venture Capital Fund at the crossroads of Technology / Digitalization and Sustainability / Social Responsibility.
He is also an independent Non-Executive Director (NED) and Senior Board Advisor to influence both Organic and Inorganic Growth, Innovation and Sustainability agendas in various companies across multiple industries. He is considered a Though Leader and often invited as public speaker in all these areas (LSE, EMF, UN, CGF, CEFLEX, SCR, etc).
He has been an accomplished C-Suite Executive, working up to CEO and Managing Director at Fedrigoni Paper (a Bain Capital portfolio company) and Vice-President and General Manager at Amcor (a NYSE listed and S&P500 corporation) with ca. $1B P&L accountability.
Throughout his career both at large high-technology BtoB corporations like Hewlett Packard, Honeywell and Amcor, and at smaller high-growth PE-backed companies like Florida Tile and Fedrigoni, Luca challenged the status quo to add value at C-level and Board level, helping to shape strategic roadmaps which drive global Growth and competitive advantage through Marketing, Innovation and ESG agendas.
