Sallyann is one of the 4% of women globally who has a patent-pending method and algorithm (for measuring soft transferable skills) as a sole inventor.

In 2016, she served as the only female in C-suite position at Careem to help stabilize the workforce and shape its organizational culture. Careem was purchased by Uber for 3.1 b in Jan 2020.

She is dropping the world’s first NFT tokenizing industry experts time on oct 15, 2022. A Harvard alum with degrees in Law, Organizational Behavior, and Urban Planning; Sallyann spends her days as the Founder of GLEAC, a mentorship and learning platform powered by a repository of human intelligence from industry experts on 50,000 + workplace situations. GLEAC powered the World fair in Dubai and upskills millions at YOMA the Unicef Platform, JIO the internet phone company of India and many more global corporate players.

Sallyann is also the Founder of the Growing Leaders Foundation.
