Ivan is an investment banking associate at InterCapital, the leading SEE boutique investment bank. He has been involved in numerous capital markets and M&A deals worth over €200m with a specific focus on transactions in renewable energy and tourism.

Also, he has been an investment and business development manager in the expanding family hotel project and is currently looking at acquisition opportunities to create the first budget-hotel chain in Croatia.
