Afroditi Arvaniti is a dynamic leader and seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in top management roles with international luxury hotel chains. Thus far her career in Greece has led her to work with some of the world’s most influential brands in senior executive level positions, which notably include Accor, Hilton International, Starwood Hotels, NJV Athens Plaza, Preferred Hotels and Resorts, SLS Capital SA, Kalesma Mykonos, Milos Hotel, as well as L&R Properties, and many more. These experiences have seen her leading major property development, Hotel openings & rebranding’s, as well as sales & marketing and operation excellence pitches for a wide range of establishments. From choice landmark city locations, to sought after luxury island locations, providing her with an in-depth and versatile knowledge of the Hotel Investment/Asset Management and property development in the tourism and hospitality luxury industry and all of its encompassing aspects.
