Gilad is an investment Director & Cybersecurity SME at the Yemin Family Office that focuses on cybersecurity startups at their mid-early stages.
My previous role was as Senior Manager and OT Security specialist at PwC’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Impact Centre, enabling and supporting governments and organizations with protecting their critical infrastructures and ICS/OT systems with Cyber Security.

Before joining PwC, Gilad led the Cyber Division at Sdema Group, and managed cybersecurity CISO teams in projects across all sectors across the globe, in both the government and the corporate arenas. Gilad has expertise in Cyber Risk Management methodologies, as well as in designing and developing creative mitigation strategies based on a deep understanding of adversary attack vectors in OT and IT environments.

Prior to that, Gilad served in the Israel Security Agency (ISA) for over 17 years, in a range of operational and management positions. During his time at the ISA, he gained extensive experience in both defensive and offensive cyber operations.

As the Cyber Division Team Leader at the ISA, Gilad managed professional cybersecurity teams, including the identification and analysis of computer events for the Department of Cyberwar Risk Management at the Israeli National Information Security Agency (NISA). He trained and mentored numerous cyber professionals and drafted the Security Policy for Information Systems.
